Here are few examples of Elgin County Library newsletters.  Initially these newsletters appeared more like memos but became more sophisticated in style in the 1980s. Newsletters are a fun way to let the public know what is happening at the library.  The newsletters include information about children’s programs and lectures being held at the library.
